Who we are

Gratuity Hisab is an independent website for Pakistani, Indian, Nepali and other workers employed in the Gulf. Our aim is simple: every worker should be able to find out, in their own language, how much the law says they're owed when a job ends.

How we calculate

Our calculators follow each country's labour law. The Saudi calculator applies Articles 80, 84, 85 and 87 of the Saudi Labour Law. We check the rules against official sources such as the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources (HRSD), and each calculator shows when its rules were last checked.

We are not lawyers or a government body. Our result is an estimate, not legal advice. Your actual amount depends on your contract and your employer's records. For a dispute, contact the relevant labour office or a lawyer.
